Well it seems I can't keep up with posting on a daily basis, or even weekly. OK, I will try to get better. Seems I have more time to play golf which I am doing more and more of..........
Now for some exciting news, at least to me! When golfing the other day, I got a hole in one. YEA. What a great feeling. I got it on the third hole and I couldn't concentrate for the remainder of the game.
For those of you who golf, the third hole is a par three, 100 yards long. I used a pitching wedge. The tee box and the green were elevated and the drive goes over a small valley with a pond and stream between the green and tee box. There is a green site bunker just in front of the green and the pin placement was on the front edge just behind the bunker. Wow, what a great feeling and I enjoyed buying a round of drinks for the clubhouse almost as much as the ace.
