We believe there are three important areas in addressing retirement. Financial, which everyone is aware of, mental health, meaning keep your mind active in retirement and last but not least, taking care of your body which is the temple of your mind, your physical health. And the chances that at least one member of a couple who are both about 65 being around at age 90 or 100 are higher yet. Those figures put a strong importance on retirement planning!   This weekends football game in New England was GREAT. Nothing better than a game played outdoors, on REAL turf and in the snow..........   Well, the weather was a little cold, and a little wet but the golf was great. Golfed with two people that I just met, Ron and Jim. One of the best things about the game of golf is you can go to the course and meet great people, play a round of golf and share a few stories.
